Cala Llombards is a small cove of fine white sand and turquoise waters located in the locality with the same name and belonging to the municipality of Santanyí, where some of the best beaches in Mallorca can be found.
Like other coves in the area, it is formed by the mouth of a torrent, specifically the Son Morlà torrent, resulting in the formation of a small beach surrounded by spectacular scenery, amidst a large vegetation of pine trees and cliffs.
Its surroundings are semi–pristine, as the cove is sheltered by several detached houses and several fishermen’s huts can be found on the left side. It also has a multitude of services during the summer months and a free car park at the entrance to the beach, making it an ideal option for families travelling with children.
For all these reasons, however, it is a very busy cove during the summer season, being frequented both by Mallorcan locals and foreigners who rent the holiday villas in the surrounding area.
