Language in Mallorca

  • Do you speak Spanish? – ¿Hablas español? / Parles castellà?
  • Street – Calle / Carrer
  • Cheers! – ¡Salud! / Salut!
  • Excuse me, can you help me? – Perdone, ¿puede ayudarme? / Perdoni, pot ajudar-me?
  • Where can I find a restaurant/ hotel/ pharmacy…? – ¿Dónde puedo encontrar un restaurante/ hotel/ una farmacia…? / On puc trobar un restaurant/ hotel/ una farmàcia…?
  • How can I get to this address? – ¿Cómo puedo llegar a esta dirección? / Com puc arribar a aquesta adreça?
  • Where is the nearest metro/ bus/ taxi stop? – ¿Dónde está la parada más próxima de metro/ autobús/ de taxis? / On és la parada més propera de metro/ bus/ de taxi?
  • Where is the tourist information office? – ¿Dónde está la oficina de información turística? / On és l’oficina d’informació turística?
  • Where is there a bank or an ATM? – ¿Dónde hay un banco o un cajero automático? / On hi ha un banc o un caixer automàtic?
