The Salicornia Restaurant is an excellent option where you can enjoy traditional seafood cuisine, with local Mallorcan products and creative details, prepared by chef Pablo Tomás.
It is located in the south-east of the island, very close to some of the best beaches of Mallorca, specifically in Colònia de Sant Jordi – in the municipality of Ses Salines – next to the old fishing port and just a few metres from the sand, in the same building as the Hotel Honucai.
Its fresh and elegant decoration, the friendliness of its staff and its delicious dishes will leave you wanting to repeat, as we did 💙.
We had the chance to go for lunch and everything we tried we loved, but if you want specific recommendations… be sure to try the rock mussels with sobrassada emulsion, the coca mallorquina with grilled fish of the day and the fideuà a la llauna with squid and saffron allioli. Just wonderful! 😋
On Saturdays during the summer months, you can also enjoy a music session with @oscarromerodj from 16:30h, while sipping a delicious cocktail.
